Description:
Join us for a rejuvenating afternoon of beginner-friendly yoga, guided meditation, and a relaxing tea ceremony at Red Dragon Herbs & Teas. Led by Heidi, from Fit and Fierce, this 90-minute session offers 45 minutes of gentle yoga to stretch and energize your body, followed by 10 minutes of calming meditation to center your mind. We’ll conclude with a tea ceremony featuring a selection of our premium, hand-blended teas. Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a peaceful retreat, this workshop is the perfect way to unwind and connect with our community. 

All levels of experience are welcome! Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow and comfortable clothes.
